Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalSync ("the Service"), provided by CalSync ("the Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CalSync is a commercial React calendar and scheduling component library available as an npm package (@calsync-react/calendar). The Service includes the software library, documentation, and related tools.

3. License

Upon purchase or trial activation, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CalSync in your projects subject to the following:

• Free Trial: Limited to 7 days, 1 project, local development only (localhost).
• Pro License: Lifetime access, up to 3 projects, production use allowed. One-time payment of €499.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with third parties.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience issues.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share, distribute, or publish your license key
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass license validation mechanisms

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in CalSync, including source code, design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of CalSync. Your license does not grant ownership of the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
