Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Technical Failure: The software consistently fails to function as advertised on your system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
• Billing Errors: You were accidentally charged twice or billed an incorrect amount.
• Significantly Not as Described: The product is missing major features that were explicitly advertised at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for the following:

• Change of Mind: You no longer want or need the software after the license key has been generated and delivered.
• Inadequate Evaluation: You did not utilize our Free Trial or "Live Demo" to confirm the software met your needs before purchasing.
• Extensive Use: Refunds may be denied if the license has been extensively used beyond reasonable evaluation.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing & Effects

• Refund Method: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• License Deactivation: Upon refund, the specific license key (e.g., CALSYNC-XXXX) will be permanently blacklisted in our database and will no longer function.
