Software License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to payment of applicable fees, CalSync grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Install and use the Software in your React applications
• Use the Software in commercial and non-commercial projects
• Modify configuration files for internal use

This license does NOT grant ownership of the Software.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the Software
• Publish the source code publicly
• Offer the Software as a competing library
• Remove copyright or license notices
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Software (except where legally permitted)

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and intellectual property remain with CalSync.

4. License Types

• Free Trial — 7 days, 1 project, local development only (localhost). Not valid for production use.
• Pro License — One-time payment of €499. Lifetime access, up to 3 projects, production use allowed.

Each license key is tied to the email used at purchase. License keys may not be shared or transferred.

5. Updates & Support

• Pro license holders receive lifetime updates at no additional cost.
• Support is provided via email at contact@calsync.store.
• No guarantee of specific future features or release schedules.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. CalSync does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CalSync be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
